Radial Grinding (All-Around-Grinding)
Gentle, 3-stage grinding process in which entire interior surfaces or just weld seams are ground. Final polishing reduces surface tension and prepares it for further testing.
Local Grinding (axial and radial orientation)
In this process, local defects or axial welds are ground down in preparation for further testing or additive welding.
Welding
This repair process can be used to fill local defects or faulty welds that were previously ground out.
Cleaning & Suction
Residues and chips are sucked out of the pipe. It is then cleaned with water or solvent. This step serves as a preparation measure for further testing procedures.
High Pressure Washing
Laser Scanning
Obtaining exact geometry and dimensions of the pipe via high precision laser scanning.
Recovery Operations
Remove sediments or recover lost parts (FME).
